Do you embrace everything the first time you hear about it? Well, I don't. I've got to admit I'm known for being the skeptic… not the believer. I don't like that about myself. I wish I could just jump up and down every time I hear something new that someone is excited about. But usually I'm the one scratching my head or rubbing my chin and going "Hmmmm." Sounds too good to be true. I think sometimes I must have been born in Missouri . They call it the 'show me' state. They say it implies a certain self-deprecating stubbornness and devotion to simple common sense. Yes, that's me.
I always want to SEE it before I believe it. Don't just tell me about something, SHOW me the results. That's what I need. Results. And a little explanation won't hurt, either.
So please understand me when I say I'm usually the big skeptic. And not one to embrace things easily. But here I am and I'm about to tell you about this great new product that effortlessly brings about:

The Secret Was In How Your Brain Moves!
The scientists discovered patterns of brain waves. And the brain waves could be placed in categories and related to different levels of functioning that go on inside our head as we go throughout our day and night. In particular, they studied the brain waves of sleep patterns. That's what fascinated them most and opened the way for this breakthrough AudiNeuro™ technology.
We know that in the Beta state, we are able to push around a thousand details of our day. We are able to plan our week in advance. We study and learn in Beta. Whatever requires pre-planning and language or numbers will make use of our Beta waves. This is our waking cognitive state of being.
Alpha is our next level of waves that start to slow us down a bit. But… if Beta predominates and is not balanced by the presence of Alpha waves, we can be very agitated and not experiencing much pleasure.
This is what happens when a person is thinking all the time and is not able to stop. These thoughts close in on them and they appear not to have a way out of the thinking and planning and worrying. In other words, anxiety. The state of depression also has this brain-wave pattern.
People try many different methods of getting into an Alpha state--without even realizing it. For some people, leaving Beta behind is very difficult and they rely on artificial ways of achieving a more relaxed state. People who have trouble sleeping fall into this category.

Beta: Beta waves are associated with normal,
waking consciousness while our attention is
directed towards our external surroundings.
Also present during stress & anxiety.
Alpha: Alpha waves occur when we are relaxed
and not thinking about anything in particular.
Also found in a calm and focused mental state.
Theta : Theta waves are a deep relaxation and
sometimes associated with bursts of creative
insight, sleep learning and vivid mental imagery.
Found in more advanced Mediatators.
Delta: Delta waves are the slowest brainwave
activity and is found during sleep, dreamless sleep
& some advanced Meditators.

To Sleep or Not To Sleep, That's the Question.
Have you ever heard what they know about sleep patterns? It's very interesting, actually.
It helped me a lot when I first heard this because it explained a lot about what happens to us during the night.
We only sleep in 90 minute intervals. That's called a sleep cycle. We go through about 4-5 of those each night. Each sleep cycle takes us down through three main levels of brain wave patterns known as the Alpha, Theta and Delta. Those scientist and doctors I mentioned earlier found out quite a bit about how we sleep and what goes on. We dream in our Delta brain waves...and dreaming is very important to our overall well-being. If we don't get to dream during a night, we have not had a completely restful sleep. And even though we may not remember our dreams, but if we were in good Delta brain waves, we DID dream.
I used to worry about waking up during the night. I was bothered by it and always afraid I wouldn't fall back to sleep. Once I learned about the 90 minute cycles, I realized it was completely natural to come to a waking state in between cycles. Your waking brain wave is called Beta. That's where you are throughout your day--or at least where you are supposed to be during the day. So during the night, you come back to high Alpha or low Beta state in between cycles. But then you go back to sleep and the cycle starts over again. And all that is exactly what ALL people experience everywhere in the world during the night.
Now what was particularly groundbreaking about our scientists and doctors, is that once they uncovered these mystery brain waves, we had a chance to use that knowledge to further our 'well-being'. And some very smart people latched onto that concept right away. They began experimenting with brain wave patterns and used sounds to copy the effects of the brain waves and were able to get people to experience the same brain wave patterns they do while they sleep--only they could be brought on in a waking state. By listening to carefully synchronized sounds and what is called 'sine waves', the brain patterns are duplicated while we sit comfortably and listen to a CD with a set of headphones.

Is it easy? You bet. Is it effective? Unbelievable.
To be able to put on a headset and listen to a CD with simple sounds of nature on it, while relaxing in a comfortable position in a chair--maybe reclined a little--for 22 minutes and be able to get up & walk away relaxed, de-stressed, and totally refreshed--sounds almost too good to be true!

What to say about AudiNeuro™? To put it simply, It works. Now I am the most skeptical person I know, however, if something works then I want to share it with everyone. Hence why I have sat down to tell you a little about my experience with it.
Already my family and close friends are amazed with the technology as I have shared it with them. What amazes me the most is, everything is backed with real proven science.

People sometimes ask if it's music?

No Hokey Pokey Here
I have to admit that there was a little bit of question in me at first when I was getting ready to listen to a CD for the first time. I thought--what if this thing does something ‘hokey' to my brain? What if I feel out of control? I never did ‘drugs' and I don't drink because I don't like the feeling I get in my head from any kind of artificial stimulant. What if this is doing something that it shouldn't and I have some weird reaction? Maybe I was just being overly paranoid. Maybe you can embrace new ideas easier than I can. I have to admit, I did have some trepidation going into it. And a little of that ‘show me' attitude again.
But you know… I was won over almost immediately …which is highly unusual for me. I can remember-- I didn't have the headphones on for more than maybe one minute when all the sudden I could feel myself slipping into this state of calm and within another minute, I realized I didn't want the feeling to end . It was so gentle, yet extremely powerful. I knew something was happening, but I couldn't explain it to myself. Then it dawned on me! Maybe I should JUST LET IT HAPPEN!!! And I did….and it was a tremendously wonderful experience and as you can see, I'm kind of a little AudiNeuro™ groupie now and they can't shut me up!!!
